How to make a reservation?

You can book your next car rental online through any Enterprise websites or by calling us at +995 577 967070. You are welcome also to send us an email or just visit our downtown location.

What documents are required to rent a car in Tbilisi?

To rent a car in Tbilisi, Georgia you should present a valid driving license for at least one year and a valid passport. The data in the driving license must be written in Latin letters.
International Driving License is required for the US citizens.

How long does the paperwork take when renting a car with Enterprise Georgia?

On average, it takes 10-15 minutes.
When a reservation is done through www.enterprise.ge or any other Enterprise websites, our reservation department always gets in touch with the customer requesting passport and driving license to prepare the rental agreement and provide an express service. When customers visit our location to rent the reserved vehicle all they need is to sign the contract, pay for the rental and take their drive.
For rentals with pickups from Airport, flight information is preferable in order to track any delays and provide expedited service.

Do I have to leave a deposit?

When renting a car from any Tbilisi locations, deposit amount is being blocked on customer’s credit card. The Deposit amount varies depending on the category of the car rented (400-500 USD). Please note that deposit amount cannot be blocked on American Express cards.

When is the deposit amount being refunded?

If there is no damage or loss identified according to the delivery / acceptance protocol the deposit amount will be returned to your bank account within 21 banking days. In case you experience any delays, please feel free to contact us and we will investigate further.

Are there any minimum age requirements?

The renter must be at least 21 years old and in a possession of a valid driving license for at least one year.

Do I need to make a prepayment when doing an online booking?

There is no need to prepay for your rental. Once you complete your booking process you receive an automatic booking confirmation. The payment has to be done at the counter.

What method of payments are acceptable.

All most widely used credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express are acceptable at Enterprise Georgia locations. Cash is accepted - supported by a credit card for the deposit.

Is there any mileage restriction when renting with Enterprise.

You always have unlimited mileage included in the rates when renting with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Georgia.

Do I have a chance to book an exact car model?

Reservations are accepted for the car groups only. Although we always try to meet our customers’ preferences, we cannot guarantee any exact model.

What to do in case of car accident?

In case of car accident, there are certain instructions that needs to be followed.
• Please do not move the car from the place of accident
• Call the road police
• Call Insurance company
• Call Enterprise Road Assistance
It's highly recommended to request more information at the counter before you start your ride.

What insurance packages are available?

At Enterprise Georgia, the standard insurance is always included in the standard rates, however we have designed additional packages to meet different preferences.

Can I rent a car in Georgia and drop it off in Armenia?

At Enterprise one way rentals are available between Georgia and Armenia locations. If you do not find any Enterprise location suitable for dropping off the rented vehicle, you can always request delivery service.

Is there any extra charge for the late drop off?

If you return the rented vehicle later than the contracted time, extra charges may occur. In case of delay from 1 to 2 hours, extra hourly charge of 27 GEL (app 10 USD) applies. In case of delays for more than 2 hours, a daily price will be applied. In order to avoid any penalties, this service should be communicated with the rental branch.

Can I drive outside of Georgia?

Driving to Armenia is possible at extra cost of 135 GEL (approx. 50 USD) and should be requested in advance. Driving to any other neighboring country is prohibited.

What is the delivery/acceptance procedure?

When renting a car, a special delivery and acceptance protocol is being signed where all the existing damages are being identified. We rent out the cars in clean condition and full tank of gasoline and request to return in same condition.

What should I do in case of flight delays?

Do not worry! We will keep your car under reserve for another 3 hours after your pickup time. In order to avoid any issues, especially for pickups starting from airport location, it is highly recommended to leave the flight information when booking the car.

Can I have one way rental service within the country?

You can rent/return at any Enterprise Georgia locations at no extra cost.
Can I request a delivery service?
Delivery service is available to any requested venue at an extra cost of 10 USD. For more information please contact our customer service department.

How can I find Enterprise agents at the airport?

We provide meet and greet service at Tbilisi International Airport. When passing through the passport control walking into arrival hall, our agent will meet you with your name-sign. Please be attentive not to miss.

What can I do if I see some warning lights on the dashboard?

In case of any warning lights, please stop the car immediately and call our technical department.
